Key Responsibilities:

6 c4 O2 a& V* \. v+ c& }• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
; ^( [( E6 Y- l! G& I
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

( A1 d, v/ a) g• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year., {* A& a+ [% d/ F! }4 ?1 U! h

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations." {. Z+ L6 |% j6 X

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications+ W2 t/ A0 n1 z2 T5 R* s, Q
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

! }- F5 j' i7 W1 t' ]• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
. |; S: c8 h8 U. S7 M3 c
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

7 v) r/ Z0 y% m$ |3 V• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

% a* ^7 T6 L4 t5 ?• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
$ s& |4 g% E+ M- }( n
• Travel within the assigned region.

9 d, F% {& u2 V8 D• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
