For each well, confirm casing/tubing stress analysis, mud/hydraulics programs, cementing program, collision avoidance criteria ^) d( _7 `" r5 V. u
Prepare Drilling Program, Basis of Design, ADW and other special operations programs as required in the course of the operation
$ K- }) z0 P4 e3 b( z) eSteward to the recently implemented Well Delivery Model for Suncor including multi discipline peer reviews and post well reviews
6 f1 g+ L H& ^( _) w% VPrepare End of Well Report which details cost analysis, operation analysis and provides recommendations for continuous improvement 7 B& @! E& U* ?" O: S& o) n
Prepare technical specifications to be used in tenders for materials, services and equipment used in the drilling operations ! B; ?8 T0 F# G" O9 y. I
Stays abreast of current technology and Best Practices within and industry and recommend the application of new technology 9 }' F$ H4 V8 Q& Z# v! O
Prepare management of change for drilling programs as needed" ]( S- c- m0 P- m8 O; U( |
Communicate regularly with the cross discipline members of the NAO Team on progression, lessons learned cost and efficiency improvements as well as investigation on operational setbacks- Q0 L9 f- p9 D' L
Mentor junior staff

Field supervisor experience will be an asset
