关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

我已经找到答案了。

) n! V! W7 R7 ~2 e* L: bIn many cases, purchasers may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate for a portion of the GST they pay on the purchase price or cost of building a new home.

2 V- B, J; v8 Z' J! K8 `New home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).

3 J9 S2 E- b% s7 @& q* vFor new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.

3 j1 ?4 A9 J% n# o! c8 cNew homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.

这边没有这个东西吧？好像就一个5000的Tax Credit
