新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
- X1 U* D2 X2 I" v但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
( D6 y. _6 K; V' T' |, \: t3 s, f我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
, c: s# ?: n- Q1 t8 r& ?变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
( W& u! G- z* c+ }8 M0 ]而且需要办什么新的吗？
) o- v( ]# J' b: C+ K! w" L0 B4 l) s不太明白
