新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
3 q2 s3 m! Q7 O) J" `" O成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
- p; H  z9 K* P! I) g! w我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
  f3 N) m2 X6 e6 S+ J) B- s变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
& B) {; `, z( i/ u/ j而且需要办什么新的吗？
# p. z6 ~3 {# ]8 s+ q, @# U* S9 \不太明白
