! G% E; z1 w+ n8 ]1 v/ ATo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities- J0 |* U% Z M4 a: R/ U
•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages- s) i4 q4 z$ f; S# @0 v: c- j$ R
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents, {+ p4 W% L) E/ E" J {. Q
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
7 W2 N' w" O9 G" e: s•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work : l. X, j* O' ?1 A& X
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
6 o8 x+ W$ ]3 n/ K1 A$ c/ s1 U•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
; y& ^1 P, [/ X8 E a•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
! _+ y4 s, p3 e8 N ~2 ~•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
" E/ b& H$ l/ p% T•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
