    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

/ Q7 _1 M4 j8 G9 I  `    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
! B6 e5 m& R! F2 u! a* Z    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
- w' X' x; D+ s0 _    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
9 J0 O( ~9 Y% j  j    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
2 _9 b3 O7 H$ W7 g1 R$ j    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
# i3 v0 v1 L! @2 K* F    Assemble final bid packages；
  z4 c+ f  \% V    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
# k+ m& ]: e9 c% r! s    Field and site experience an asset；
4 W# \/ x# t) J# C- H! C" M    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
" g* q6 J) x! y# Y. }    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
6 m6 _+ P2 q1 y9 s    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
  _* M& m! ]1 f" p& m' Y    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
