    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；

! n  u( [$ j) X* m6 h    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；

    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
& R: I9 E) i" l8 q9 d* |    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
! \* d& W  ?2 H    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
% A. B) V4 H7 q7 k- l* F# o    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
3 A+ t8 z7 t8 q4 A    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
3 P0 V; x" G4 [    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
+ ]7 s+ b5 n: k& ], E! i9 |    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
1 K9 ]6 S  M$ Y1 Q    Weekly estimating progress reports；
& Y7 F5 ?! v) K3 Y+ A$ Q    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

$ Y8 U: f5 t& V    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
, Y2 h( f+ A& Q3 S- J    Field and site experience an asset；
! Q, G+ A+ Q: N8 _- g" o    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
! x9 p! G2 W  F1 {) t/ Y7 ?' H8 t    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
+ T6 N! |2 [* `7 X    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
9 ?' |3 p# E1 }4 g  J# _8 r    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
2 f8 F# @: j/ s3 v" b1 m( g    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
