Maintenance Mechanic
职位介绍
    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
9 n3 Y& V; t# [6 i( I& G9 i4 T. `    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

Competitive Hourly rate $18.00-$21.00 per hour + overtime as required

2 d, Q' I3 \' I. u' V    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
2 {/ f4 X" E( U  V: T+ A. z$ e% d    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
; n+ x+ t' e# Z/ f. ]! @    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
! C% D2 w# x$ _' T" j    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
+ d7 Y: A; h' e: w! B' [  m, N    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
! ^' m% A) V6 }% a6 _* c3 l    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
; k$ ~1 b9 c' p/ y5 x    Weekly estimating progress reports；
# m- L/ Z( k8 y! m, u. j2 j    Assemble final bid packages；

. |; ^% `/ ]+ }职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
' S, E& U* a" I% |* t; R! V; }    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
5 ^& g/ T5 C# ~( O    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
% ]/ B/ k9 d, F1 @( g% ]; b- N    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
