Job Responsibilities) r1 Q+ s3 O% E6 g: R
•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.- `! \( g( W/ M# }5 L# r4 ^
•        Oversee hotel security requirements. # t5 F5 \$ ^+ p! |
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
7 |8 ^& q- Z' w. ~# R( R•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. ) n5 u6 R: m  a  [) [" X
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
0 M8 G8 T5 h5 l: s* q' Y4 S•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
# j# Z$ e7 T& }/ a+ S1 p2 |+ S•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests." |! p+ h# H4 b1 d- {. @5 [
•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
% h7 Z* q& ~2 X2 V: T2 e9 V& o2 X•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.( d3 U5 j; M! Z* P+ B
•        Attend Cluster meetings. $ b' v) m" S( p# g2 M
•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.1 M/ ]- h8 f, k6 \# `
•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department 4 w- g* g  f5 ?8 \7 G$ |( Z: T
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
3 z  p3 Y; m0 A( ]4 }- P( T•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center
) {* s7 B' w4 l: N+ j•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float 9 _% B% N3 m+ w" A$ J, K+ v

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property5 J7 L  H. F& v6 i& K% H* x# ?/ W
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
7 y& ?4 ^, Q- a8 b4 E+ x) F4 Y• Ability to lead and develop;
8 `: V3 C& i8 x8 K/ {; j0 `• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
! e2 P' b6 |! Z1 `7 j$ G• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
