- {' A3 R: Y( w U: F8 a6 r9 C b• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
9 j0 |0 {3 m% a! O• Oversee hotel security requirements.
; I+ _0 z( `+ k: v e4 c, M• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.5 P& q y8 t( G1 h. l
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. 9 \; B H( l' H3 F+ C
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.* ]) B0 {5 I- @ E$ `. y8 y
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
' x% H: m+ D. w! j• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.! E& P; F: Q7 N" C: k' L$ K
• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
