+ g7 a7 C1 b5 p! s• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.1 C, u3 c* J8 P4 |* a- g0 S
• Oversee hotel security requirements. ( Z- P5 J& x3 N" O
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
* t7 Z9 i; x4 j2 F0 B6 U2 Z; ~• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. 4 k9 [3 t; A2 ?- `/ ]. m1 K9 G5 E
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.5 `( ~6 }4 o5 `6 |) u3 r1 E
• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave., e; u; n- B6 N& T k
• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. ) w- n9 k4 [2 K& i# n1 {: q
• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
# t8 \4 o/ G+ w• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware. g" a+ m. u) ]( u P x
• Attend Cluster meetings.
( @/ t2 M' S' O1 p• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
% D% S; ~8 X/ ^1 e• Handle PMS computer problems in each department ) j5 p5 }$ V. m% W: A6 J2 ~( J( b% ]
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
( r( n/ l* b5 ^( z$ N4 D$ c9 [• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center( ]" J! R' o( G: I g% E+ J
• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float ) c1 N: V& o. H. Y/ r' d0 @
• Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:
) _& E F) R( e; J9 @•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
2 \7 \" w7 l4 r8 q& D• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
. N5 E; e$ w/ Q• Ability to lead and develop;- J l# _0 N5 q- M/ f% }6 G
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
' {$ y1 v$ ]2 Y* O2 h2 b• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;

• High level of creativity and innovation;
