Job Description:
" s) r. @6 j3 M3 eTo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy., T% g, l% n- P
1 E6 J- ~& [9 }0 ]% _* X7 F• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.+ r+ I' j a i6 T$ D
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
* ]8 J7 h7 B# u+ U1 ?) K( O• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
& ?8 o* Q2 o" _0 O5 t• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;* y) o: u, x K' J9 i: Z
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
4 u# D, D# G& Q& ?/ u$ N- O• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;
