Job Description:

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.8 z$ z( B% s+ J& b3 E6 i
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;' w9 A: q! ~, y/ W9 H
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
8 O7 Q# @3 t8 L, d3 [2 G• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
t5 l2 L% _* Q2 ?+ k) J• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.

• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;
