Ring duration is a carrier setting, not an Android or Phone setting. You need to call your service provider and they should be able to adjust it for you.

applications->setting ---call ----5 [+ l! l1 Z# q& c+ l, j' f
then check call answering and ending .( V" u9 l0 B$ E- Y; I+ j# Y a
also check voice call forwarding, should be disabled.
