·         Engineering 480V to 38kV switchgear
2 ^. i4 X# p! O/ e% f
4 r  r9 S5 V, ?3 ^·         Engineering 2.4kV to 7.2kV Motor Control Centres including softstarters and autotransformer starters

·         Engineering fully integrated electrical buildings

·         Reviewing vendor drawings

7 v" E& b5 s, F* x·         Analyze customer drawings, specification and engineering notes in order to create a design that meets the customer’s needs.

·         Create a scope of work by identifying the company’s agreed to obligation.

) r% J! _# |  S2 N4 Q. q# C+ V4 M0 x·         Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

2 R# X" \6 s. m8 i0 u·         Assist project management and estimation with draft budget changes, based on customer design/scope changes.

·         BSc in Electrical Engineering
# b; R6 w' t: c1 V: D' C- }3 y
·         Registered with APEGGA as an Engineer in Training

$ h! i( n. R$ f" _3 c/ ], W# B·         Attention to detail is a must
5 U" c. s" i' I! Y. _* V6 b
·         Experience using AutoCAD is an asset
$ P( T# \, \( X% _
; z% m6 t4 s7 }, J$ s' \·         Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset

5 |9 t/ S5 o8 j; S; X# t+ H/ p6 Q·         Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

·         Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
