看上一辆二手车，去车厂验车后，给的报告显示：
Brake, Front: Approx 20% remaining, rotors pulsate
" x4 Q4 U- m6 o) Y. `Brake, Rear: Less than 5% remaining
看不懂是什么意思？如果买了这车，我需要换什么呢？另外费用大概是多少？
