看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。! H# v! M2 L! o; T: d
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby
3 t0 R+ V; _6 ^ T% zNote: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.
/ d& O* z5 o2 @/ G1 W' W& zBabies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:' ?" {8 e8 k0 ]; ]& |
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.), P+ N1 g2 _/ u, G7 C9 n1 R8 `
5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)+ F4 W. K# X. h" x9 H
5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.# Q8 P8 \2 E2 z1 J0 [) [9 h& g+ H6 }
6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)
6 i: ?5 ^$ q& g- [) Z7 P7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)
$ _4 w8 b8 F4 R8 j& t- L8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year)./ H2 f1 y( I) L
10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)
: u& v$ |/ O- E, s8 F$ w% @& J0 ]IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.

( f& A; M( m( f A6 u/ w2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.% H" w# ^. m; h, ^) [! X& C: H
3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.

5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.
