看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。/ x& j/ H, k: O0 r$ f( y& w
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby
) S3 Y0 U" o5 m( i1 YNote: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.
* ?2 O9 t# |+ D; lBabies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:& Y; O* y5 Z- l# Y; l3 z' E9 J
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)
8 O3 S5 m1 ~0 P3 r" H) k) C4 S) C/ \- }5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)1 ?5 p) b" @0 X- h& A8 @
5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.
3 T7 h: h% c2 O- l. _6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)
% [* c4 M, Z& P) u, C% R! x7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)7 O) K h$ n* q! l' ]6 x4 p
8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).
* s/ \( B% ^6 ]$ _9 [& z R10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months): }9 R" J7 Z2 \3 o& d' Q+ c
IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.( `% s) {( c. t. y4 ?: E+ q
1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.
V; m. w. g0 u2 _2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.3 r$ c+ W& K7 W) Y
3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.
/ Q2 w8 N9 p7 F a1 b2 t& H9 V# R4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.
7 }* W) J/ v9 X# E+ Q+ H5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.
