Produce 4+1 architectural view design documents

1 m* w. w1 G! d# ^+ I( dEstablishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
6 [* q5 _1 P+ M9 @; pMentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.

Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.
Provides technical advice and guidance to the project manager.
