关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。
Two (2) secondary identity documents
8 x/ M7 }) M* B8 tA copy of two of the following:
/ N% }1 l" [: V6 n" c9 B4 p1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
1 y, P4 |( e2 K; U- }3. your University/College student card
) \, E0 X2 ^+ R" o1 }# W4 ~) E
' W7 A, ]! i) k( ]( v我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？

去registry办一张provincial photo-ID card，很简单，不用考驾照。
