请教个异地买车问题？

今天看到辆车 挺喜欢，写的是edmonton的但是联系了下车主说他的车在安省 他已经离开加拿大了 车交给一个叫Thunder Bay 的shipping company 在Ontario，他会提供一切相关需用信息 以及车的运输费用 这玩意靠谱吗？请教下有经验的人 如有谁知道流程那就更好了

1. I will contact eBay and give all the info about this deal.

4. After you will inspect the vehicle and decide to keep it,  they will transfer the money into my account.

以前买车的时候常见到这样的回信，车况特好，价格极低，然后就是车主不在国内，骗子一个。
