This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
* ~! f! B2 F; V# k1 B5 j! b•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
: ?) w7 r* I+ s•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
$ A# A/ Z* L/ ?- {& B3 e•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
  U) v3 l; }( Y2 a•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
6 w- f9 Y( H- f•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
. V: M/ p. }* }4 Q1 i" Q•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
, q; z( x+ ^4 [- t# K  m- H3 l. W•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
/ N& K8 o! M7 ?6 u•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
, j( `3 C) ?, I•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
9 R# ~: d2 b' O/ J( J% u•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
