•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
( r- y: I# z- p. w; B6 O•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
  S- w) M" _$ @( ~•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach

•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
6 j; }, |& F. \! k•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
' J) u9 v& q1 Q  q8 \•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
( `  i! u8 \% l•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
