# D* C! ~. ~3 A) ~Mandatory Qualifications:

0 U1 m$ ?2 c; q  J/ j•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities
( F. M& V+ [' g( O! Q( e
1 @8 t9 K# C) b/ h" r8 E•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs
  t9 \  @; ~4 {$ s& G
•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

, i7 w: @! v/ t+ n& H•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.
