- h6 o, o+ [- D: x+ g* n
•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities

- ^/ ^3 T. t) J/ o•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

7 K( c7 T( l& R4 H7 {% A3 q$ w( B•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

0 h+ p0 [/ m* i7 S9 q5 H•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.

•        have the equivalent of a Canadian bachelor’s degree and a completed education credential assessment
•        have at least 3 years of international work experience in their field

•        are legally able to work in Canada
