求助 關於薪水

大家好
有件事困擾很久
" p7 {- `$ `; O+ P我即將於今年四月畢業
畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
最近公司給我offer
& _) `, |  s' N6 N9 r提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
" {" ^- \1 `1 B! \2 _* p想來想去還是覺得不對
已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?
