求助 關於薪水

大家好
有件事困擾很久
我即將於今年四月畢業
& j0 Y. j1 G0 N: O# I3 O! y; s9 d畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
最近公司給我offer
. A+ B. b( Q5 p5 ~% A, C, f提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
) s7 }. j" |# b% x然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
想來想去還是覺得不對
9 ^- E' h9 D7 l! J已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
5 r# g/ L8 K5 x/ J2 r( {2 N該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?

Are the duties the same as coop?
% w! X, W' N- Z" I1 @! E: BIf I were you, I will take the job first. Negotiation when you are capable on the position.
