Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
9 i6 M5 D; m9 h1 t& l•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
" q% o1 F- J, U* N! \. J" H: |* D3 R•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
; Q  T8 O& m6 i# @•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
* B0 s0 _# d+ C•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
0 y* }+ \8 h. E1 H/ I" r•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
" W7 N1 i" ~# z% o+ t" q# _. e3 R•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
# T! l( O. K8 N9 g. hExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
