Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
0 \, ~) ]! T5 W•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
* l& n. \9 `- P7 Y  x•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
# _0 O3 p& V( t- h( s. t4 k4 Z8 b( B•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
+ Q8 J! H$ l2 Y# n5 s& @$ b•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
8 Y: F: ]3 h4 t. K•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
+ H" }* `) G. L* r•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
' |) x4 H) M- G0 _$ t" g•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
( j; K& Z( e9 U7 `( `3 a' {Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
; e8 `* c& {: X" i' B' APhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
