Job Description:
# v6 l3 v! P0 T8 s6 r: }•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
% r1 f2 D! m3 h4 h' C•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
3 I. X! V4 R$ k8 {& M& m" l  n•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
- U& Q& c- X4 q! f•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
7 U. C3 s; t6 P7 k5 x. Y' ^' z•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Skills/Requirements:

( l  W7 Y- z8 i3 I5 |8 D5 GEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
9 m0 A  ?. G! {. s4 jExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
