Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

0 m! n$ Q/ `3 {# p  H) c" w•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
2 z% U) h+ q9 q) U$ M* e7 g- k# Q•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
& q4 Z4 _0 X+ J! m4 k" L•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
2 ^" M5 R* ^' d2 }/ Q8 C•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
; R5 h, |! m7 u1 ?# m, c•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.


Skills/Requirements:

* c) X) u7 ]( q9 y. W! j7 ]Education: Completion of secondary school is required
, k: h8 ~9 H* ^' A/ q. V( k: \Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
" ~: u0 h" j; w/ W; @Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
