•        Complete and post staff schedules
* b; y' G5 T9 d0 b•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines$ N+ K* B9 W( b6 _" m" T3 o& _
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
5 i) P+ V* }# ^•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff. j; H! e2 d# J" a3 F7 B
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
. R, e7 P2 _% \6 D' m  r•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
: X3 D0 Z& H) @  g) n, o•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
0 x# N( R! X* A•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
5 @% s2 `! n' I, Y& |6 g. ~2 O•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management % y6 Q3 C6 P5 {5 D- f
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway7 Q+ q6 C% q1 }
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:6 X) q* s# v, K

Education: Completion of secondary school is required! c: V* }+ U( ]8 r9 J' _' Z+ t; N
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset9 {1 z$ n' s8 p* x5 e% w/ d! b% J
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
. u0 e& X. w9 R8 X. ~! `Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
