Job Description:
0 \, ~) ]! T5 W• Complete and post staff schedules ! [* R# ` O6 i! B( J1 ]
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
* l& n. \9 `- P7 Y x• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management8 d$ D. q4 T0 T( u
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
# _0 O3 p& V( t- h( s. t4 k4 Z8 b( B• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
+ Q8 J! H$ l2 Y# n5 s& @$ b• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
8 Y: F: ]3 h4 t. K• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees6 o4 _+ g+ I3 T. Z; P4 `
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
( j; K& Z( e9 U7 `( `3 a' {Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset9 L2 ^' I J: B; D' U
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
; e8 `* c& {: X" i' B' APhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
