( B) v* s. f d' M• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff/ [. ?8 x5 H6 }
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
0 e3 z8 }' O; }2 |# V• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
' ?0 b5 R2 P; x5 I% n: }• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
