• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines- j( a0 q; V- I5 r# n7 Q
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
! A ?$ n+ G% B; i4 U7 h2 d3 N• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
4 B4 q. M# {; e5 K$ S3 J• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date8 s5 `% ^0 D! x, X }+ C* W
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
$ d" r. L: d6 _' Z* _6 ~" {• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
* ^# p4 i- `9 k; g9 F• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

" W2 i: Z- G3 y& Y6 Z7 x1 bPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
