• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
& q4 Z4 _0 X+ J! m4 k" L• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date

• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees* ~: x* e% ]( n
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
" ~: u0 h" j; w/ W; @Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
