• Complete and post staff schedules ) ~: s0 f$ u9 ]! R8 i! G
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines! b- ^1 L* i+ K8 U0 M3 V0 u" I
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
9 i6 M5 D; m9 h1 t& l• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees0 g) v2 N- b! f3 [
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer), }3 X. a% B4 R) M+ ?
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion3 M& S; S+ Q- A# k' a0 R
