• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
6 O. ^$ }, e- Q: F8 r) ~, _# A" [• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
/ A" U; [0 E/ t; m• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed, a" \& [2 ^/ A4 s" K3 D
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
& ^% v7 |1 l# h8 I# E• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

( K% D% q+ T( y1 R. wPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion% o! O2 j$ _5 [8 k
