! \. x5 d8 \- I' S' g•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
! A  ?$ n+ G% B; i4 U7 h2 d3 N•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
4 B4 q. M# {; e5 K$ S3 J•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
$ d" r. L: d6 _' Z* _6 ~" {•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
* ^# p4 i- `9 k; g9 F•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
. L5 S* @0 q% L# X9 u# U& V•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
' M5 {, J" O& k/ }& ?•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

% v9 [# G4 w5 O  l9 oEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
# z3 L. y8 }3 M+ YCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
" W2 i: Z- G3 y& Y6 Z7 x1 bPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
