Heading to Edmonton Canadian Derby Half marathon this August, 1 L) b$ ?9 K- ]5 a, d2 g0 v/ ?; B
just wondering if there is any marathon runner around here doing training too? + s9 L* U% V, p* l* a, {5 A4 ]4 @

By the way, my race time for 5k would be around 22:00, 10k race time is around 46:30, & P; D/ f0 U2 e% K0 O+ D) m
targeting half marathon at 1:40:00 (first timer);
