Heading to Edmonton Canadian Derby Half marathon this August,

By the way, my race time for 5k would be around 22:00, 10k race time is around 46:30, 9 h+ m+ Y4 j1 G& Y2 U' `
targeting half marathon at 1:40:00 (first timer);
