• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers ) S" _5 r+ G$ |3 B& e- v
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

• Sell merchandise to customers 3 r& T5 Q: ~3 D* y6 X
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters : e% f7 Q) z' Y

• Completion of secondary school is required
