Rhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm
( d9 W# _$ ]% j) dThis “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
" y. p7 h: Y: [9 j& xtheir child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for" w: v8 J* }$ T
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an d# d5 o' e* K' O3 s! x
oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It
" z" x7 `% P+ Oencourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,
5 C5 F# o; q4 jfun, and supportive environment.4 F. Z2 r8 c# ^: {
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No
. K3 l" O: w3 H$ b a2 nregistration is required; a snack will be provided.
