Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

1 B. n' H" p, `* V7 S2 Y. W7 [1 F# ~4 JMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
8 ?# k. M. o# f•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Z6 j3 c4 O; o. ?! p•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
; T% Q. `+ ~% U) B•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
, d2 s$ P3 L$ \3 u•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
