Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

; u8 B' ~9 A3 X% w' s* S* DMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
" N1 z# l# W+ X! Y1 H4 {•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
) M5 \7 b7 G* O( \8 [•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
9 k( B: n5 R/ k- {- B# p, `- O•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
% B  C2 p0 k* A$ _: l•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

. }/ b, Q( F5 z7 f/ y5 _•        Completion of secondary education is required
, w( @$ B% }& E: V•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
& o4 Z- G9 v' |•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
6 L' v$ W4 z. E7 l0 s•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
