Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
! z: g  C( `( V; H2 \•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
7 L) x+ k3 t9 T, z; g•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
' Z: F  n% E; f# _( [•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
% d( S! }* g. k4 v! [0 m9 n•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
0 y( Q9 T- p. p; T# ~/ l•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
) M, D, g# @5 i$ t•        Completion of secondary education is required
% {$ \2 a5 l/ B+ y•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
5 G( V0 {# \0 N•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
/ @& a: }; Q& W" o1 A•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
