帮朋友发帖。人在国内,老婆、孩子在加拿大。朋友的枫叶卡过期,又没能注满2年。1.是否就不用报税了?2. 要和税局打招呼吗?3. 如果不报税,对今后的夫妻团聚移民有没有负面影响?请专业人士或有过类似经历的人士指点。

residents of Canada for tax purposes."--From CRA. H4 A( U' l* y朋友的老婆、孩子都在加拿大,并没有解除residential ties with Canada. 所以不能认为是deemed resident. ) n! K# s/ S/ q. f& c" P. P
