修车没花钱，谁知道原因？

今天车轮没气了，仪表盘两天前就提示了，没当回事，直到全瘪了，去了最近的一家修理厂，电脑查半天，告诉我，没我这个车型，介绍我去他们的另外一个地方，同样的原因，又没修成！然后告诉我：你只能去你的dealer那里了，于是我就开到了奔驰中心，因为已经过了保修，所以想要pay钱了，没想到车很快不到一小时，就修好了，把四个轮的气帽也都换新的了，然后告诉我，不用付款，可以走了！

when the dealers say 3 year or 5 year or whatever warranty, it usually applies to the major components only, ie engine, transmission, fuel injection system, etc, etc. what they don't tell you is that a lot of the minor components, ie seat belts, air bags, etc have longer warranties than the major components. for example, my toyota has a 3 year warranty because i bought it new. recently, I found out that my seat belt came with a 5 year warranty.
