我感觉房价正在调整期,或者说是滞涨期吧。主要是因为前一段时间涨得太凶,需要时间消化获利盘,而且现在到了卖房旺季,市场上二手房多了起来,房子卖得相对慢一些。以前看到list出来的房子大都在1星期内解决问题,现在时间长了些,有些老房子更是难以卖出处。其实不是因为没人买房子,只是那些房子价格都高得离谱,比如以前6,7万的condo也都到12到15万去了,市场要接受这价钱,还要一段时间。# z3 E b+ ?5 u
