7 Q% ^" Q) w2 }3 bReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
" k: W8 |% R  y. x' ^9 u•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
* l( x6 k; b6 ]1 {/ c•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
2 s$ @  `  j- O5 k0 m" g•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
( S* I9 j& @, t7 C- i•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
•        Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.

•        Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.
•        Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
•        Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Requirements:
•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
•        Strong Union Relations experience required.
4 O" g' b' a3 V  `4 I•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
•        CHRP Designation is an asset.
