Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
/ c0 R) c# T: k9 H0 u+ F• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
4 k# I+ Y$ x# \9 w• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
5 t( g" l h! T R5 G- H• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
/ E6 I4 \+ v9 a& k• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
4 B4 h0 `( I* G& ^& I• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
Q/ J/ K X6 i m• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
" c& Y/ c( U- C5 h- g/ L• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP). f- q# q4 B% D4 ]6 E' J' O) x
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.) w$ q9 Y2 D& V( i" q
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements:, N) Y; `! _1 j* H& `5 z1 q
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
# [ C5 ]6 u' h2 l3 F4 e3 G• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.

- p0 Z- l/ R; U- Y1 E• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
