TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR- M; f H8 k8 B
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
. |7 }+ D- k* F, @- ?7 r$ ?. @The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as$ n6 J9 m" j( Y
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
5 ]- N* O0 z) ~& Mand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable" r8 s0 K4 i# c: c
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly. U: U% o/ q$ F/ p/ Q
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations: W8 Y( }5 G' Q! P x ], v
Coordinator.

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
6 }6 h! G8 h9 F- d+ ~. c• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
. K0 S: |( c6 @7 Y9 r1 f• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
( |! u. i7 p2 d2 z• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
+ u' s4 s8 o# Y) `$ P& F• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

. d" f. F) ?% u7 q• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring' r$ D# @, N) L8 \- U, H5 a' e

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.5 P6 w; a, R; R. ~
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
% v+ s4 c# k7 G1 U• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
% \& @) _* K9 d+ J9 t# R/ z! i u( q• Some field operational experience4 d" R1 j+ e: H- S
• Some knowledge of the services company provides: D$ Z1 u3 |9 J2 U
• Strong computer skills; l" i9 C3 p) j( @0 a
• Class 5 licence.; y6 V/ a" O" _0 e6 Y# @: z e

补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。( k2 z1 C4 ]) g) x) \' z. ?1 A
' D# |! V% T, X& F2 o0 g9 X+ U有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。2 q" _+ C8 v& K: D

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
