JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
" M- ^1 g, s" H/ p' ~* x5 `The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as4 X0 O& S1 b- P: ^4 n5 \1 o6 k
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative4 ?% x3 X9 X/ e
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable. L" B9 d9 v- S+ x+ v
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly

• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.

• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
. T* K6 i# i6 |EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
3 n) Q/ w$ Y# i/ X• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

4 e# d9 E# {- a$ p• Some knowledge of the services company provides

M' \( ^) t6 e: |. W# F# h- {6 q补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。% |3 ~6 M- G5 A; D- `& L; B

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。 ^1 j% D" o# I: M. F A

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
