JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS# m, p$ r5 I+ V$ H
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
9 \6 t6 F0 _2 q& i& swell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
) q$ }1 w( D/ Z3 B6 n2 Zand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable0 y0 o" V& f& U2 G9 J+ ?
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly0 z, r4 S+ c! C& t# t" i- w" O
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations; H+ l) v! Q5 R
Coordinator.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1 @# m! R& }# X) j3 l' k( a; M2 W& p• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
3 L$ S' @. |- k7 p- ]• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
1 j: Y( H6 }% u: U' e9 o8 I. y' y8 o• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.( _6 l2 A) t7 q, ~: B$ I) Y
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.5 `1 a3 o6 a9 V- m
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
; J5 c! t4 B9 W6 P4 {7 p# Ktimelines and budgets; g$ @3 e( E6 |/ v- M% B
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

& `7 N/ ~- c9 U Q. R$ s• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.7 k$ K" G. h, ?1 ^* Z6 r
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
' s6 }" ~) n. J4 n, }: X4 l• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
+ R1 l+ @3 |7 M$ p• Some field operational experience
3 t- Z, S, N; |3 a" m0 E• Some knowledge of the services company provides# C) w0 A$ F" A/ ?5 t7 T' G
• Strong computer skills
* l7 N+ T. A$ D) ?& G- S• Class 5 licence.

! h* b& T! s/ |补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。. F( M0 A- j# ?8 K1 _& \8 l' f
2 X3 i+ T% `, Z( |" W- p有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。8 C8 K! Q, ^6 x1 g
