2 R- B; Q. A2 ?# EThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
! S/ E* b/ K/ M. Z1 T, |well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative/ W% s/ b+ u0 b! S
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable3 e4 i. }/ U9 t- ?
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly# ~8 P# j! {4 i- v' z; X
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES2 M S9 b P: t( A/ q1 l
• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
: O C n6 ^+ R% c1 D. J" `" b( K• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
) _7 U+ g( r* X1 o$ z" b. W9 v• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
: ^- f8 V8 A6 I1 E/ @# e6 H" Y" `• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.: I- z `8 o. X
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

1 Q$ B4 b4 L' d4 W L• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
0 O P% S& d6 L! e6 cEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
3 \$ n5 L$ W5 _' X# L9 ]1 B• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
% c$ U! ^* L1 |1 q4 k• Some field operational experience

• Strong computer skills

3 [, F1 `0 ~2 L7 `补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

! H# H4 d, M& s3 e有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
