Ritchine（17区）这个区怎么样啊？在大学区东边。

想在Ritchine区买房。不知道这个区怎样呢？
俺看上的是：从外面看环境很好，喜欢，旁边的Mill Creek，巨喜欢，离downtown不远，上班方便。

但都是老房子。。。
还有，学校怎样呢？
买个小房子，如 3 bed rooms, basementless 的 semi - bungalow也要20多万，大家给个建议好吗？
好像在那里的中国人不多呢，为什么？

这个区的房子太老了，要做的活儿太多；翻新的房子活儿不多，却又太贵了。

还有，你的名字太逗乐！有机会见面的时候，一定要当场称呼一下你。哈哈！

不过，也有很多中国人买很旧的房子的。那种房子有很大的院子，花园似的。一般是3手，或4手房的，（40年左右的年龄的，并且是自住型的）保养得也不错。

This is a very good area, near to everything, 82Ave, downtown, river valley, creek, university.But
houses are old and more expensive, This is market. shool is not too bad, just ok. depent on what
you need. By the way, good luck on your house hunting

Great minds think alike, hehe. I really love the creek when cycling there.

But school is just so so? Actually I am looking for a neighborhood which is easy access to downtown by public transit and have good elementary school.

Any suggestions? Please let me know.

There is a catholic elementary school is ok, Maybe call St. James, around 77ave and 83 st,they has yellow bus.I am sorry I am not sure. I do think let kids know Jesus will be very good for their future. Otherwise , too many problem you maybe
handle tomorrow.
