找中介办理就可以了，为什么要直接和银行谈？银行谈了半天，给出的利率，这个网上的中介都能做到，而且可能更低。

找中介办是可以，但中介也是从银行或者金融机构拿钱，不是吗？这个讲座就是向你介绍各个银行在贷款利率方面的种类以及一些窍门，这样，即使今后找中介谈，不也可做到心中有数吗？
