我和朋友从Hertz租车出去玩，然后加油的时候把柴油当汽油加了，以为那个diesel是那个牌子！我们当时买了全险，但是他们还是要我们付钱，怎么办啊~~~？？？？？？还有tow fee两百多，我们也到认了，那个全险是cover super stolen！！！这个难道都不cover？

打manager电话negotiate一下，说不定可以便宜。我之前的rogers手机带去中国，没有关闭蜂窝网络还是什么回来800多加，后来打电话哭诉给我便宜到300多块。

保险不COVER顾客不正当操作的错误，这个以前也有人做过，没办法，属于人为错误，保险和保修都不管，只能自己买单。

( U% z, U% A* M6 @/ e$ I可以自己去DEALER 问问，做清洗多少钱，和租车公司比较一下，如果便宜问问他们能不能自己去修，然后还车，但是这样会多算租车的天数，还要自己拖车去DELAER，看总价了。

' E6 d# h3 K% Q5 `  _, g; }) o这是发生在一个月以前是事了，车当时他们就给我们换了一样开，当时告诉我们买了全险只要付tow fee就好了，但是具体多少不知道，然后今天通知我们要交那个钱。

如果有证据证明他们当时告诉你只需要付拖车费，就可以只付拖车费了。

柴油進汽油箱的殺傷力，比汽油進柴油箱大很多。
這個破壞可大可小，所以沒檢查之前，會不知道修理費是多少。

Gasoline in Diesel engine:
Depends on how much gasoline is put in.  When temperatures dipped below 25 degrees, truck drivers sometimes would add a small amount of gasoline to prevent the diesel from gelling.  Now commercial additives are available.

Simply put, a large diesel spout won't fit in a narrow gasoline filler neck, while a smaller diameter gasoline snout will slip right in a diesel tank opening.
