Responsibilities:•Reception and office administration: staff, board, committee support

* J- Z& r- _4 fQualifications/Skills Required:•Administration diploma or certificate
2 t4 G8 W3 f& e! h$ Q: p  C0 L•1–3 years of Admin experience
•MS Office Suite skills
•Strong English communication skills; written and verbal
1 J. U2 x6 T( L' J% c. W2 ]•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, work independently
•Experience working with multicultural populations
•Bilingual or multilingual an asset
) {9 X( _- n: C7 A* d•Knowledge of iCAMS, Basecamp, Google Analytics, InFlight, MailChimp and SurveyMonkey an asset
) Y$ z4 I* I* M; \3 ~) M" USalary Range: $39, 000 – $45, 000
