我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。$ q5 r, }3 l# c2 b Z4 f

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar $ o5 Y% F7 _/ Z8 }% K6 {
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) # r3 E6 D& m' I, {. m
1/4 teaspoon baking soda & m7 m0 e7 Z3 w, X5 W3 F

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
4 ` j* |9 ~$ g2 [6 r3/4 cup granulated sugar

9 ]' R' `1 w' E: r I& _- qHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. , |# u7 u% x1 `+ `& ^

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 4 W- T! ^; g( j: |# y1 w

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
