我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。$ o7 T* P" s' p! ^1 V

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 U n+ V/ S# A) \8 Q5 l1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened , y' g7 k1 U; p' z! w
3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs # \- g/ l) }. T) P
1 teaspoon vanilla 7 Z6 D+ x i; m- G, D

8 W" |; l$ J, i2 |Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. , d5 U Y% i% g6 S; k d3 J

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
