我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。/ E/ v! K$ H- T3 j( t% t2 j

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
3 f" H& i; S( [3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 ^3 K% O5 ]8 D" |' n# L$ Y# `1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar 0 Q/ `8 ^, [; M, L; C
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
8 O* `4 Z' @8 }. l; g/ v; v: d1/4 teaspoon baking soda
+ h4 \: w6 {% R, y/ }1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 E' d4 @8 @5 Y' U" I) w5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

& G, q5 {! F& }1 C1 b J4 i* AHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. 0 g2 s, d, W& a* S
. G- |* w! d+ p" q6 ]5 D. G/ UFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.

To serve, cut into bars; top with fruit. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. |
