7 v; }+ y5 S; ~) nEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
& U% k' t# I" D' k8 w9 p* ]  Vo        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
•        Assist where needed in application questions.
! u+ M% Z4 s' t. K•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
- H& R3 F$ p, {  |9 f/ D' a- ko        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
o        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
* J9 d/ s. [6 D' W! Q, q( X•        Track and report all warranty failures
" w" m; h; P9 A9 r5 A, wo        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
; |; `9 ]% A. vo        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
/ K2 k! K" k+ d  a& @0 S' U•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
o        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.
1 b/ E% V* L$ P* Wo        Assist in writing and new product specification
o        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.
o        Act as technical applications expert on development team.
* W. O0 N5 ?9 h1 U•        Assist in Sales support & training.
•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
. v  H$ O# G+ z' {3 n  Z  k4 Wo        In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

Professional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
  V& P# o+ B* i0 s& k0 X5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
List of Skills/Qualifications       
•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
: U, `0 `. n' I* j•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
3 W5 G! n4 O) b. H; t•        Proficient in software use and writing.
•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
•        Ability to travel worldwide.
•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
