( v3 }: J% `' i0 A) n5 G) zEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

. u4 n3 |2 s$ v0 Y( x8 W2 }3 ?' ~ b r• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.+ J: @4 C0 n2 _& \0 d+ @
• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.3 c! i( D# J- r# a
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems" a% P+ q5 v4 l) ^/ ^6 N4 W5 B
o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release3 N7 q; n( v9 `
• Assist where needed in application questions.

o New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures

o Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
R- F2 c0 o* Po Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
6 m( x3 k5 g- N7 i1 h• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.

, M8 L- N( V. Q- p2 U% U! Vo Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

& g; k' ?5 `8 e6 so Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions./ B/ c1 p/ j& z/ V# q' Q2 l
o Act as technical applications expert on development team.

o In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.
