Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

( F$ G; y' f/ J: ]/ Z$ Q9 v• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
+ w+ ^) G) F- w4 d( p0 P• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
2 P4 b4 P# z0 D6 g1 L& \1 |• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
& I6 T) q; R8 V9 co Test all new patch versions of software prior to release

• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.. Z* p- \. ?, l7 u

o Assist in information gather for any new product idea.! ^; n: x/ z/ [* N, H$ v' }4 r
o Assist in writing and new product specification

• Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person. To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.
