Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

1 h3 b) T6 [& N6 r# ?5 L1 @0 \•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
% C, U" E4 I" `! {3 B•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
0 _9 ~: \! r: I+ v& N* l. V•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
0 x( G$ z/ T* q•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
! s1 g5 F: u+ ?7 ^: [•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
3 b3 D) |% G' j! M% S' S•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
% T% i6 Q% e  a" _•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

" J7 X! h, ^8 C7 K% R8 G•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
) b- C# ]9 R0 ?: c$ j•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
& J) ~6 K. A7 E, {•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
