3 V7 t( ]1 j7 Q! |•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

1 y6 b- L) F* F•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
3 L) A8 M1 A* K. P8 a•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
* v# x" E9 [4 j0 n) R•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
