Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta

Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
4 T* D" _$ t4 y1 G8 U•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
- U. S5 L$ [8 n; S% k& H* y4 U1 j•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 k3 c9 `) P% w! ^•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
4 e! f6 C. x6 M•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

7 U$ w- n) C. L4 E8 |•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
% j- R- V; n# U5 o- m/ i•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
