Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

# t; I) F' a+ e! G+ o•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
+ u& D) z# c# U4 A% {•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
4 }- m; k1 M6 k# s! ]+ x6 ^•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
1 H, o; j6 F' y2 F8 P+ O/ Q7 `•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* n- \0 P- ?% A; k5 j•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
) g" {, S6 |; j' j3 R3 w•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
  r- y& ?' s$ V) I* ?$ ?9 B•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
" z+ f& l: k# K: v( @% v% K•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
