Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  R, j. S4 @6 \& H•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
# R# K% T: P( i, u" ?) k•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
, l8 w) r" k9 @! B$ {# e•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
0 k7 Z! e( y" Y* I+ s" W•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
