Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
+ K9 n  Z- V- q! |Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
* W0 g! y  e( I  Q% f, s•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
* z! k, h. ]9 j: C% s•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
& n& z* `4 q  {•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* S+ O* k5 `1 W3 }7 @  p•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
: G# s9 _6 W2 W+ i$ i•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

) |# A0 c% D  {# F$ G" Z3 h•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
% q4 h* V0 A$ V9 r5 c3 t( C& c•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
( _4 Y7 A; M% T9 g9 X•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
