Position: Food Service Supervisor NOC 6212
Company: Rebagliati Restaurants Ltd. O/A Mcdonald’s
Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

( c) W  c  t/ V& n- V•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
8 p: d. V: Z( h" c+ I. J0 Q•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
( c) L& G- `0 D  p•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
