0 C- h, U+ w- C# V1 J2 w! |" U& _•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
7 x7 \# P0 x& h: _•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
& u' ^' d; c9 K8 b8 g* g•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
4 F2 k. U: ]( N* ^- @  h& l•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
! f% m! v$ v# y' I) P' W•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
3 ^  o3 W7 R5 R•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
