我觉得出发点是好的，但不会有长期作用。无论是"provide","offer"还是"ensure"，都少了一个主语。而这个主语还是现有的医疗系统。

没有外来竞争，就不会有系统提高。

; E& V: L. {2 D4 @" R这我同意。以前说过，我是支持野玫瑰的。但如果非要在PC里面选一个，恐怕我不会选择Gary。过去这几年他是主管医疗的，而医疗管的并不好。也许可以辩解说他不是一把手，没有办法。但他上台后掣肘一样的多。

) ~+ q7 Y7 y+ }$ `( v现在需要马的忽悠功夫， 给出局的3位利诱威胁， 胡萝卜小棒一齐上。把他们笼络住， 由他们把他们的支持者说服，转过来支持马，自然就不会翻船。

现在是忽悠功夫和能给的利诱决定成败

我相信马的忽悠功夫，比另2位强的不是一个级别的。也有足够的利诱本钱，所以大家尽可放心。

我个人倾向Alison Redford 的医疗政策。但她今天出现重大失误，说其实第2轮只有她和马的竞争。
# g6 L7 t- Y( I+ J! i' W你让排第3的Doug Horner怎么想。这个细节可能让她完蛋。
