Role/Function:6 Z; h- Y- o( H* S$ A9 F
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
1 G, i$ i; C- p5 l2 o- b' Hperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining& D, I/ s! B9 x' \8 @  m
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet; X3 \1 h' V% V5 k5 ?0 {) }1 B
client demands are key components of this position.2 n) w+ q# l" c) A1 w4 W) |8 O( U* R+ k
Responsibilities:
4 U. @, Z) z8 o, t4 T" a' G· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;0 L0 \# T8 ^! M' |- J0 G% d  c
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
. p" N) N) L; |& n6 u· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
: _# n# o; a7 r* h) B# i, G( z% N· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
; W- N3 c; j8 v$ y' I· Collect payments for cash account orders;& e/ o, W- }9 x' e2 M
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
0 d  z5 b3 c/ E6 o/ i( ?* U" c7 V· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
2 O; q( ^: s; V9 w· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate8 i  F" V3 q- Y: }8 d
database;
8 r0 U8 F0 |4 l& [2 O% i* Z· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
& l! l( ^% g# G0 {· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
8 @- C3 h6 V3 y; c- F7 ], ]! s' z· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
/ K7 m. t7 Y) WQualifications/Requirements:: [, e+ a' X5 r# w9 b3 b. g; V2 D
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
9 f" M/ s8 N! T! Q5 Wlasting relationships with customers;' i; S* c+ P; D/ e4 M
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
$ H5 K* i. P& f8 F+ q2 X" i* D· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
6 A3 h0 J5 b8 R9 V/ @. ]8 O# ^% i· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
; K( I; ~7 M& P* j, t· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);4 }* y0 y5 s  ~# _% n1 O4 h) y
· Excellent organizational skills;
