5 D1 t' Q% q! _. Y( V; A% L2 v) eThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in: s9 t2 ~; q# O/ Y/ }& R
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining+ B; b7 v7 T5 V. J* Y- Z1 G4 ^; y
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet1 ]7 W. Y- p! s2 q2 T
client demands are key components of this position.
1 v' B! l- `! N1 VResponsibilities:/ y# I6 Y  c( G
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;& R7 Y  x0 K3 ^' O& \" l8 i- F# \! ~
· Verify pricing and availability of product;5 s* e; e* N, f. T$ S
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;2 p. n. b: v$ t  w3 H
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;) Z- S& _4 L1 Z; ]
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
3 I! g# |" t0 Y* G8 v6 M· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;# L) n, Z8 J: M
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
8 a( g5 H. U+ r& a· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate8 f) j6 ~9 N7 u! X2 T2 _% Q
database;3 B$ e. p6 }3 W
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;* s8 B$ ]8 R. X+ c" v$ y
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
. D) t- t1 E2 N5 H+ \· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;$ L# p5 y* J' E8 [7 v- w( u) _
Qualifications/Requirements:
- w( |; j( E2 o2 E! l+ c7 J9 M· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain( q+ O, W, s8 z* P& K: A: C
lasting relationships with customers;) ]% W% b# Z! u  G2 k+ N+ F
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
* {- E9 f6 e; j1 v5 X1 R· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;/ x$ R- v1 ?* v& J' l, Y5 S8 \
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
* t( z* ^( v8 Q* z· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);" I% x  d: b( x- g
· Excellent organizational skills;
: H6 D* P! d) P· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;3 [) S) {: k( p! c! Z
