7 I( Z/ k  j  e: iperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
. g* k) d' E1 a& }- grelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

. x* x% G+ V: p, lResponsibilities:
0 ~) }, f3 D! I" f: Z0 b1 Z3 K· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
. \; @% u5 d3 g+ I2 g· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
! T# J5 O% Z* Q· Collect payments for cash account orders;
" `3 ]4 F+ M; U: T' Z/ p% w/ L9 P· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
1 b" f3 r! Q2 X4 p- _0 [- Y$ p· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
9 T" e; I* ~$ s; J* }% D! Bdatabase;
+ D  o8 x% c/ H+ `0 r; T0 i· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
2 q2 J4 y1 v( _6 f· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
9 E' v, K& V% U7 x. }  H$ _Qualifications/Requirements:
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
lasting relationships with customers;
* D# V, C9 H- e" Z4 E· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
5 \2 l, n5 y* O* ]  S: V· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
5 [, W9 Q$ S' p, T3 z8 A3 M% M· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
· Excellent organizational skills;
