Role/Function:
1 {" S$ \3 M4 X3 V8 sThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in, C3 \+ U! A( L
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining% p% d" i% r% y+ c3 _

, i9 U: U0 z+ }# T! A$ r, ]· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;7 O% s, U5 N9 I% b7 }6 V' X. R3 v
· Verify pricing and availability of product;! u1 j" b* x/ p
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
' `( J# r$ c) [· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
7 `& [ W9 f: U& ^7 E9 p· Collect payments for cash account orders;
( ^; r$ l+ t) d! m· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;" t' i2 @8 Q. B8 Y* A2 H$ H; ^$ ]
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;6 T" ?6 W" y3 j
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate, j3 X4 h; C# n' D, k
database;& w7 U) T- r5 h" I
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;5 u- a7 F. p8 n U8 X# x
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;- O; @& e [4 P2 ^- R0 j
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;' q1 L* N% z, i7 E% p) t7 Z
Qualifications/Requirements:
% O' H' D% t X7 U5 \$ Q+ ~5 [5 ]· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
! @5 \) b* r( W# X! G+ \6 [. Mlasting relationships with customers;
4 I/ f) \' s& I+ a o· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;" O- l# |( n4 d+ @, A
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
4 j3 M; e8 `4 ~2 g9 u! B7 E |· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;* R9 G8 s2 P* w7 A
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
