Role/Function:
0 u, F. d, v4 j# r- TThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
+ M) I/ A6 N4 s  fperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining( v- r. L  U' Y8 |5 ~% @; O$ E
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet# m+ H4 Z9 Q% p! Q- d; i" d% C
client demands are key components of this position.; E1 A+ p- ?' I- n
Responsibilities:! q7 N4 Y  Z5 ~3 b
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
/ |* W! h1 l; c1 `. [; Z( q· Verify pricing and availability of product;, o9 Z6 R% o5 U
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
3 a- e7 Q" H) h1 s6 I' Z· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;# x4 ]. ?9 ], ?
· Collect payments for cash account orders;5 s1 T, @% d! h( {. o+ c, d& E
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;  M' P; U. B% C+ a2 n
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
2 J0 b5 Y3 Z3 t' A7 n4 a' k% s· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
5 h5 V% |2 B7 J; \* zdatabase;9 e7 d% q: m( ?
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
5 [% z+ [! [" x5 @7 O, K· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
; e8 D* T# R! P8 q· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
; E/ N4 p+ Z! N" n$ V3 E! I! F$ _Qualifications/Requirements:3 v, C5 ^7 L: I
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
" \8 D( \0 ~3 W7 s+ o  W7 F( mlasting relationships with customers;
, I# j" c0 P1 L; {) i& a9 U· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
2 F, B/ E, T& J5 s: {) ^! l1 e3 B· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
( k0 o  B6 E$ F. U1 t6 D. m· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
+ H2 A/ |0 a7 B, s$ [8 l· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
* A" T5 V: X' A0 O) x$ \· Excellent organizational skills;" j; O- F' y- ^4 b
