Role/Function:
, w- ]/ ~4 ~' J) p7 KThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in2 p3 Y; n6 A; f# g3 a7 ^
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining7 b! I$ e4 k+ {
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet; U4 V* }0 q1 B3 O! x

Responsibilities:6 H, `: [  O* c9 F: N- ?! q
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
8 B- Q8 j7 H- R/ @0 f· Verify pricing and availability of product;6 N1 c+ v1 \) M' O8 B7 N
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
  f* h. R8 y! L" ~# a· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
( K  R) i8 b( B  T' T1 N8 R· Collect payments for cash account orders;
+ \+ L* |1 G% c+ p' I& I! E/ [: i· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;/ T2 ]3 \( e3 F- ?. _& l
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;7 O0 O2 V0 R2 \4 W3 i
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate: m2 L  u  j( k: h6 o- j* g
database;* Y7 |# ?. W4 ^
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
6 @# t0 n2 A: ^* i4 h& b: {: y3 B· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
  z( L* G9 N! L7 o· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
6 M/ {; M* P  u2 I7 V8 t1 _/ \Qualifications/Requirements:
$ K* t( h* e# G6 j" [6 S· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain' ~: O* l; T1 V
lasting relationships with customers;$ u. y: P5 y! j5 Q) Y
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;2 a' F/ c1 J6 q- x, O
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;2 r& P/ F8 v) ^$ E" s% j7 q) |
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;, w5 a8 c, Z; A1 H
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);5 L- a. \; Y, s! f: u  ]+ q% F1 A9 m
· Excellent organizational skills;9 V) K6 x' b! H
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;, l6 [: `  K( Y, z
