$ J5 z% Z5 [0 b但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
不是太贵就是很不理想

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

4 f* h% L$ x* R: u3 R. m* L' }I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
