& x. X5 F& y. c! r2 _不是太贵就是很不理想
; y, {' E9 E& Y4 W; W- q再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
