Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
* m9 ^& a2 Y# T# C% ECamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)

9 X' R0 |8 L& O) ]/ VDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

9 E7 Y2 w7 K. l7 h  _6 R Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
+ R! ]0 X) ]' G Take attendance if available
$ w& e/ D+ K4 k+ t* Z Provide positive modelling to youth
3 L9 A& G# N+ B' w: t% E  \* ] Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
  o$ S- h* _, K9 F( I6 w Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
& S4 n' W6 s& A; @ Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
7 C8 m5 W+ H+ @! g; Z6 E  ? Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
: N: |" T$ @+ U% i' U% } Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
- G# G. p; h+ J7 u: ?% g# u Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

4 X1 g4 p  ~) p4 i$ Y  M Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
7 ]' ~! g) p; N Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
" Z' Q- ~! ~6 x7 \4 G A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
8 K, A; c7 ~! l0 S$ Z& `6 ` Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
. O0 g; ]1 [) o4 p1 N Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
