Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
* f1 n* M+ F; p' dCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

*might work in other time in some specific days

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
4 s+ ~; I6 H$ M4 B% g( x) A
: ^7 A9 D( h) _2 z5 r Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
7 b4 H9 Y: }- u. Y- Y Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
* \7 `3 S1 o+ e" d# t% e7 a Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
; r- z8 k9 I5 M7 R8 n# s Assist in program planning/design
# z# E; t& Z3 |% W4 R Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
/ K2 m# R; }# G- `: v Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
* V; ~' y, [3 Z, I A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
& q1 E) h* u* s4 ?; s, w Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
6 i7 i1 O" p. G1 e7 u Able to work independently with minimum supervision
+ A* Z* j# k: g Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
) N! `9 `0 ?- i$ a$ Y  l4 ^ Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
  a5 `& i4 H% y Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
