Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
& ?: n$ I8 |4 i9 M! W: A+ T- jCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

1 T& v  G2 I  S$ wDuties:
7 d9 s7 g0 X  I* D! c3 |  v9 ZTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
; F, F1 s. o7 u: d8 L7 q1 k, C. n. G
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
& N/ t: g$ m9 Y6 s( w) O Take attendance if available
, g# h" i  p9 C' V9 r Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
6 b/ M/ {4 g- c+ p& l* d' P% Y* h Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
: k3 l! l5 L  ^ Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
6 ~7 `( }8 |1 ` A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
# o* n9 q9 Y- \  `7 } Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
) n& g3 o  i7 G4 b) J Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
