Over last decade, I have used many window upgrade companies. Here are some of my suggestions:
3 D) Y' u9 B% |- You really need triple-pane windows ,not only for the sound proof, but for the Edmonton winter. The price is not much differnt from double-pane but the performance almost doubled; f' k/ V: n1 Y) C# O7 ?
- I have tried many brands of windows, Hometech, Economic Windows, All-Weather windows, Jeldwen (by Home Depot). The best would be Hometech. All-weather is also good but the price is too high lately. I just had one big bay-window by Economic Windows in this April. Looks great but don't know how good for the real winter.
4 p0 A2 H* n0 m9 w+ {- Stay away from craps like Durabuilt or Sunrise Windows. Cheap stuff.
