, b2 @8 z7 x1 v2 |& P5 \        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

& h, C2 x7 O0 oResponsibilities
% [* k* s5 y. g' W! w•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
4 ~! W9 n+ K- `- q% v* i* u9 ]•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
& M+ G8 T# d* W# U•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
. O" l% O7 v! p* X7 E•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
2 @' h2 Y  _; |3 |$ B2 ~•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
