• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners& J8 | C1 [% Z0 |4 r- ^; t
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
* Z4 r% A, D+ D Q5 q• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols4 N* z; X; f+ }1 M. t
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing7 z, Y% Y; T" ?% q6 S* C9 d) N

Preferred Qualifications4 {1 S7 Z- k9 w! M
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
; G2 D1 [$ \1 q8 r: B2 S4 b5 ?• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
, W+ `: g$ j) i" @, l+ E( _- X• Experience in project management & report writing
