Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
# Z6 [% _2 ?) z1 D+ \* ~; w5 m•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
/ K1 o! O( I& v: ]) {$ h•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
# z* R- o1 [5 z! S•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

1 J- n# u' j( M7 s9 WPreferred Qualifications
0 @; a. |' H% m- U* k6 Z! I•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
9 g. }' @0 G3 O•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
