        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
/ _7 o$ ^& D, W1 @+ O•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
/ @2 S) d, y8 U/ V/ e. k/ J•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
; w" y; E. c" D8 q•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
0 C& z7 _4 k+ T; X# \1 j•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
4 x  P  ^7 k# c* r# L•        Experience in project management & report writing
6 {( n, H0 X& d" f% Y•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
