请问：牛奶金申请的等候时间

请问各位大师，从申请牛奶金到发下来大约要等候多长时间？我3月底申请的，现在没动静。另外，10个月前短登过加拿大一二周对今年申请牛奶金有影响吗？

我在网上看到说，每个月20日才是发牛奶金的日子，所以你等到这个20日以后再看看，而且牛奶金的网站上说，你如果没有收到牛奶金，要等到20日过了5天以后，再联系他们。
