 Continuously interact with all clients in the Resource Area to ensure that their job search requirements are being met.

 Deliver program overview to potential clients, as well as other interested parties.
; V# X- w! f( s# k3 [ Screen and assess clients’ skills and abilities through a workability assessment.: M0 s+ t5 R7 e8 N- M
 Determination of which stream of services most appropriate for the client.
" J, G9 p$ K8 h/ X" I Provide referral information on other services that may be more suitable for the client.! R  b5 L% o* K  `: G- n
 Cooperatively with the client, develop an individualized service plan.5 `/ f/ a5 F4 e7 l
 Create and update clients files on Mobius computer system/ `; w3 R% z* T- b; p3 Z+ }& O! |

( s8 D8 t  Z; x% O( z2 v Interact with participants on a continuous basis so that the Service Plan progress can be monitored throughout the program and into the follow up period

 Ensure that participants have access to the required supports to successfully complete their Service Plan

6 Z! S7 b' F9 x$ g- ` Assist clients with obtaining required documentation for working in their profession in Canada
% |8 l# n' P; E6 M+ M0 p% Y0 U Develop and maintain knowledge of current programs and services available for participants

# }0 K/ X! `. L Complete 90 and 180 day follow up with client after training completion
