1. Evidence of accumulated funds by providing original Certificates of Deposit, dated
within the last two (2) months showing current funds available.

the following:
• Original deposit slips and/or original bank passbooks; and
. r! r$ d5 J8 h3 d• a written explanation as to the source of funds.
5 P5 }, _9 N7 W6 }. TDocuments pertaining to other types of assets such as stock market accounts,
/ d7 G2 h% r7 w9 X8 Xbusiness transactions and real estate transactions may be included, although these
