This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
& L3 s. I0 `3 \4 @2 {•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
. q/ o+ q' I2 A•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
9 X  \0 q  M( c) u% v- e•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

  T/ W, t; ^  t& {& ]1 s- W9 nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
9 Z7 P8 k+ y" z& W! Q# Q# e•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
% Y1 d( ]2 ^4 j) M3 A/ @  v•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
