FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
2 m+ D, q! [1 w4 o•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

$ x# A$ R% Z/ i9 b1 w3 x1 v  |SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
. ?  m/ i: r0 p•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
5 g/ t. l/ [/ ~+ }7 H' ?•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
