FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

5 E* t) y, Y! R* u2 T- sDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
; A3 S( i) b  L5 x•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
0 f% J- S7 M% G0 S& c•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
7 w/ m4 m& F2 F( g0 c; L' @•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
