Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team' M& ^+ C) e- w0 ^7 P
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal0 u8 ~1 Z7 Z, f& _ i2 Z
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

. F3 {6 m! y7 m& n: Y o* XTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification# `* R7 O* n8 q; H. R8 m" y
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
, a; N6 D4 y) |7 MMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
6 } [4 y7 v n) z+ B% }School). l8 m+ I1 h% p
Must have supervisory experience# k f }/ T9 f
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
3 }2 d3 a9 M+ ~: e/ ?$ Q8 HMust be computer literate
. H2 @+ O5 b5 ]1 r% PMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
+ a+ P# B! I1 P- Q7 h, uMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network# O- y, Z9 b0 m2 p* o2 d/ r
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
