2 Y' A) A$ O* B% _* U! I! QUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team+ D! V/ @. J* ?
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
5 H1 G0 N$ ]7 j c8 BMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP)." J: X' R, V! T+ } B
5 a& H! i8 F% K0 gTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.& O4 f1 O" y- j

Job Qualification9 C1 F) P' v- x5 B. C
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
3 Z' _( v1 X/ DMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
4 H+ R Y9 d! s3 qSchool)- E* t( c. F" A8 f3 Q9 G# @
Must have supervisory experience
2 N# a/ R+ u* c3 d- p# |, sMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
* T' { V& `/ L& J- QMust be computer literate
1 L0 c3 P5 f+ {0 J% EMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
: }/ E3 |( ~1 V# B- H5 M! nMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network) M* M" R; A5 C# N! H) t
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
