* \# A2 Z; X5 f5 H3 X' H  CUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
0 W; o; b; _. R3 g, {8 O4 LMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

7 Y) d/ ~. }$ j# H7 wTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

0 e5 F6 Q; U7 G) E1 S3 G+ tMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
& w$ K/ v6 \) B3 `0 uSchool)
7 w6 G. G+ x3 b% Q' W# `Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
( V0 C4 Q3 R0 S* t3 jMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
) u+ F; v) m7 zMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
