8 g" A% p: i: P- \Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
6 S! h! ]4 a+ ?' Y' g6 p4 u5 \$ PMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

+ y, |. P2 i7 d0 J$ B6 K/ y) {: GTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

- E" M9 p: C9 Z& `Job Qualification
* [, k8 b  L) s9 O+ iMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
4 k7 P3 ~6 [- JMust be computer literate
/ |+ Q6 x. p9 @. s$ `, {Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
" j+ Q1 g. d+ E& I$ D" A0 vMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
" O7 `7 B& J% b, iMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
1 W- x: i: U& n0 J4 x& P( ]+ M" GMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
  A0 ?9 V8 x  o5 vestablish team.
