what's the difference between these two words?

When talking about car insurance, one common mistake made by Chinese English mistake is the use of "deduction" instead of "deductible".( ?0 R' r# k( v# `, u$ g
' O% Z2 h$ Q' L: a" Q
Then what's the difference between these two words?

one is N., the other is ADJ.
