Job Description/Main Duties:
2 @3 q2 R# s4 }) a-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
* Z" f3 c, _# Z3 Y-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
4 P5 H& y& }/ r4 T-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
& v+ N( g/ U" ?: k+ g, f: F; n-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
