4 x6 m! o1 g2 R+ ?3 XJob Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
5 C8 k# M8 v/ o2 }/ g-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
0 u% W; ?6 o4 q8 F; s9 K-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
6 Z7 A5 ^+ X! X! L-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
& ?3 X! R# D% I-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
