7 K: W1 E5 X& K- C: \-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
8 m8 e$ b: L4 P  u% s-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
" a/ i* M) P, {8 R# \+ v-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
2 S# F! z, [6 J2 X- o! c: d% b" m+ ^6 V-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Employment Requirements:

! e; J9 B- I/ R1 R6 t-        Completion of secondary school is required
' k  A! D2 b7 k& L-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
