Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
1 I: o" _2 V) m4 o3 N/ @. U-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
' F, h' k- P* a( g-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
, i  s/ ?  P7 q1 N) U0 K: S) s-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
7 _9 ]3 ^; {- |! t! S-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
4 J' I- i/ j# v8 ]! y0 j1 |: u6 Q-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
