Responsibilities:
+ o/ ?3 H/ R" \; D& RWorking as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:
. z/ t( h& X1 L2 { Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.& e/ y. Z! k, G5 q, [5 E+ K: U. W
 Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support./ E I1 W% Z$ Y4 h, b2 H& u
 Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle.
. s& Q& q- W! }- x$ k1 J+ nQualifications:
# V v) a2 _! p0 kA Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
