My question is which of the following two interpretations is correct?% a+ t) O- j4 x1 w( k' u

1. The progress will be evaluated on completion of Fall studies (First year student)" @" P4 Y3 C% |+ @+ G9 u1 z
2. The progress will NOT be evaluated UNTIL completion of both Fall and Winter terms? # s; S0 ~4 b2 l1 ~7 W( E7 Q( P/ s8 e# b) _, i

"A student's progress is evaluated on completion of academic studies for Fall/Winter" means the evaluation would be made at the end of each of Fall semester and Winter semester.
